Homemade Oats Facial Mask with Apple Cider Vinegar & Brown Sugar
3 teaspoons ground oats
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (can be replaced with lemon juice)
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar (can be replaced with honey)
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Apply the paste to the skin.
- Leave on the skin up to 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, use circular motions to rub the mask in order to exfoliate and increase blood flow.
- Rinse off with warm water and dry with a towel.
