Ingredients
1/2 cup of uncooked rice
3 cups water
Instructions
- Rinse uncooked rice thoroughly
- Place rice in a bowl with 3 cups of water
- Leave the rice to soak for 30 minutes
- Strain out the rice water into a separate bowl to use for hair
- Wash hair with shampoo as normal and rinse with water thoroughly
- Massage rice water into scalp and hair
- Leave on the scalp and hair for 20 minutes
- Wash out with warm water
